Sesame Seed Crackers (Gluten Free)

For all of you who are on a quest to find a great recipe for gluten free crackers, I think you are going to love this one! When I make them, my family cannot stay away from them until they are all gone. 🙂

  • 1/2  Cup Sesame Seeds + some to sprinkle on top
  • 2 Egg
  • 3 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Arrowroot flour
  • 1/2 Cup Sprouted Brown Rice Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Millet Flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 drop of the Essential oil of your choice for flavoring (you could use Rosemary, Oregano or Thyme)


  1. Preheat your oven to 375F
  2. In a large mixing bowl mix together all dry ingredients excluding the salt. Mix until very well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, add the eggs, olive oil and salt. Whisk until slightly frothy. Add to this half of the dry ingredients and mix with your hands until a dough forms.
  4. Shape the dough into two balls then take one and place it between two sheets of parchment paper and roll out to a thickness of about ⅛”.
  5. Remove the top sheet sprinkle extra sesame seeds on top  making sure to press them with your hands. With the help of a knife or pizza wheel, cut the dough into the shapes you like.
  6. Slide the crackers right onto a baking sheet by grabbing onto the parchment paper on which they lay.
  7. Place in the oven and bake for about 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool completely and then separate into crackers by snapping them with your fingers.
  9. Store at room temperature in an airtight container for up to a few weeks.
